A precision machine shop that is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of refrigeration, air-conditioning shut-off, service valves, and related assemblies, fittings, and components. We focus on the processes, equipment, and knowledge involved in modern machine tool products, precision machining and furnace brazing. We are currently emphasizing on one-on-one relationships with mid-size companies that are having supply chain issues that we can help. We are looking for an account relationship manager to join our team to help build strong relationships with existing clients and potential clients.

The account relationship manager acts as the liaison between the company and the client by developing and maintaining a strong and successful business relationship with the customer. They are expected to work cohesively with our team to maximize customer satisfaction, monitor and accommodate the needs of existing customers, and facilitate problem solving. We expect our account relationship manager to ensure the client feels listened to, understood, and prioritized by how you help them with their needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships between the company and the client
  • Acting as a liaison between the client the company to convey information to the right people, ensure understanding, and make certain everything gets done in an accurate, timely manner
  • Making the client aware of other services and actions that may lead to greater success and further meet their needs
  • Monitoring the client’s budget, explaining costs, and negotiating new terms if necessary
  • Keeping up on trends, changes, and competitor actions that might affect their client
  • Providing progress reports to clients and upper management
  • Meeting with clients in person to develop existing relationships and network new ones

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
